Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow has reaffirmed Thailand's commitment to regional peace efforts during talks with Philippine Foreign Secretary Maria Theresa P Lazaro, thanking Manila for its leadership of the Asean Observer Team (AOT).
